Got waves?

I took a group of guests to our local museum this morning and the weather was a little unsettled.  When we left the Resort, it seemed like to would be fine to be outdoors.  When we got to our destination, 5 minutes down the road, the weather changed to gray and blustery.  Ya, ya, I know, if you don’t like the weather in Maine, just wait 5 minutes!  This certainly rang true today.  The remnants of Hurricane Hermine have made their way up the Atlantic coast and, thankfully, we don’t have to worry about major damage.  Instead, we get great waves, changeable weather, and some pretty awesome photo opportunities.  I admit it – I love this picture I took this morning!  The contradiction of flowers and bright green leaves to dark misty skies and waves makes me appreciate all the beauty that can be found in Maine.  I hope everyone is able to get out and enjoy the scenery, whether warm and sunny or cold and dark.  I’d love to show you some beautiful places to photograph.  Feel free to give the Resort a call and ask for Sue.  Enjoy the day!
