8:30am – 10:30am  Marginal Way Walk
Enjoy our beautiful seacoast by strolling along a paved path through sea roses, take a break at one of the many benches along the way, and preserve the views with pictures taken for your later enjoyment.  Wear comfortable walking shoes and expect to walk over 1 mile.  Meet Sue by the front lobby, we’ll take the Resort shuttle van. Sign up sheet in Activities Room hall.

Join Sue and walk with her just across the street to one of our areas’ last salt marsh farms.  There is beautiful walking loop on the property with views of the sand dunes, as well as birding opportunities.  Meet by the front lobby, we’ll walk over together. Sign up sheet in Activities Room hall.

1:30pm – 2:00pm             Pool Volleyball
Make some friends and enjoy some friendly competition in our indoor pool.  Cool off and have some fun!

2:30pm – 3:30pm Paint a Picture Frame
Paint and decorate a wooden frame to showcase your best vacation photos!  Meet Sue upstairs in the Activities Room.

Join Sue on the patio for some outdoor fun before the beach.  It could be bubble blowing, ring toss, jump rope or more!

Tour the grounds with Sue and view the latest showcased artists.  Adults $10, students $9, under 12 is free.  Complimentary drop-in activity for children included with your admission.  Please note:  the museum has some works on display that depict the nude human figure.  Meet near the front lobby, we’ll take the Resort shuttle van. Sign up sheet in Activities Room hall.

1:30pm – 3:00pm             The Center for Wildlife in York
Join Sue and meet CFW educators and ambassadors to learn about CFW and how they treat and care for our local wildlife.  Following the presentation, tour the baby bird room and take a walk around!  Meet near the front lobby, participants will need to drive their own car.  There is a $5.00 cash donation to the CFW to participate.  Sign up sheet in Activities Room hall.

4:00pm – 4:30pm              Make A Turtle
Meet Sue in the Activities Room to create your very own turtle to take home.  Will it be a sea turtle or a land turtle?

Parents, your kids need a break!  Send them away for pizza dinner, games and a movie with their new friends.  This activity is open to ages 6-12 and only 15 tickets are available.  Cost is $10.00 cash, paid at registration, and parents must register their children at the front desk by 11:00 am.  Drop off/pick up is in person by adult guardian only.  Activity is held in the Reception Center.

Join Sue and friends as we drive to the top of the mountain and hike some easy terrain trails while looking for signs of wildlife.  Remember your camera, bug spray, appropriate clothing and walking shoes.  Meet near the front of the lobby, participants must drive their own vehicle to the site. Sign up sheet in Activities Room hall.

Join Sue and enjoy a leisurely one-mile hike through a National Wildlife Refuge to view nature and our environment.  Bring water, sunscreen and binoculars, along with comfortable walking shoes.  Please meet by the lobby for departure, participants will need to drive their own vehicle.  Sign up sheet in Activities Room hall.

2:00pm – 3:00pm           Paint the Beach
Join Sue in the Activities Room to paint a scene from our minds’ eye.  Will it be a  favorite beach memory, a pretty seashell or the rocks on Marginal Way?

free-bingo-games4:00pm – 5:00pm  Ice Cream Social and BINGO!
What better way to finish the week than with some fun (and prizes)!  Please bring your own bowl and spoon to help reduce waste and care for our environment.  We’ll meet on the patio, or in the Activities Room in case of inclement weather.  Both children and adults are welcome!

Meet Sue in the Activities Room to create your very own turtle to take home.  Will it be a sea turtle or a land turtle?

5:30pm – 7:45pm            Kids Night Out!
Parents, your kids need a break!  Send them away for pizza dinner, games and a movie with their new friends.  This activity is open to ages 6-12 and only 15 tickets are available.  Cost is $10.00 cash, paid at registration, and parents must register their children at the front desk by 11:00 am.  Drop off/pick up is in person by adult guardian only.  Activity is held in the Reception Center.

Make some friends and enjoy some friendly competition in our indoor pool.  Cool off and have some fun!

Mount A10:30am – 1:00pm Mount Agamenticus
Join Sue and friends as we drive to the top of the mountain and hike some easy terrain trails while looking for signs of wildlife.  Remember your camera, bug spray, appropriate clothing and walking shoes.  Meet near the front of the lobby, participants must drive their own vehicle to the site. Sign up sheet in Activities Room hall.

2:30pm – 3:30pm         Make A Creature
Meet Sue in the Activities Room to paint a backyard creature.  You can make your ‘new pet’ look any way you’d like!

9:00am – 9:45am                 Outdoor Fun and Games
Join Sue on the patio for some outdoor fun before the beach.  It could be bubble blowing, ring toss, jump rope or more!

rachel carson10:30am – 12:30pm Rachel Carson Trail
Join Sue and enjoy a leisurely one-mile hike through a National Wildlife Refuge to view nature and our environment.  Bring water, sunscreen and binoculars, along with comfortable walking shoes.  Please meet by the lobby for departure, participants will need to drive their own vehicle.  Sign up sheet in Activities Room hall.

2:00pm – 3:00pm           Paint the Beach
Join Sue in the Activities Room to paint a scene from our minds’ eye.  Will it be a  favorite beach memory, a pretty seashell or the rocks on Marginal Way?

sundae4:00pm – 5:00pm  Ice Cream Social and BINGO!
What better way to finish the week than with some fun (and prizes)!  Please bring your own bowl and spoon to help reduce waste and care for our environment.  We’ll meet on the patio, or in the Activities Room in case of inclement weather.  Both children and adults are welcome!
