Wow! What an amazing weekend we had. Guests who booked the Stonewall Kitchen cooking weekend really lucked out. We had so many bookings, we sold out their classroom. Guests arrived early on Saturday and picked up their vouchers for the class. The attended the lunch class and got to enjoy a delicious meal complete with recipes. They then spent the evening at the resort for dinner while the snow fell. Very romantic. Guests then departed the hotel to return back to Stonewall Kitchen Cooking Classroom for the Bruch class. Wow.
We had a woman run into the lobby telling Keith that this weekend inspired her to cook! Her husband was very excited.
Since this was such a great turnout, I think we will look at doing more with these Weekends for you.

February 20-22 is Ogunquit’s Mardi Gras Weekend!Enter the King or Queen Crowning Competition, make a one-of-a-kindfancy hat at the Crazy Hat Party; enjoy watching the ice sculpting and join in the Fancy Hat and Mini-Float Parade! Yes the renowned Hat Sisters will be joining the festivities! The weekend will also feature musical entertainment, including the “Funky Divas of Gospel” theme dinners and discounted shopping throughout town.
Wintertime in Maine brings with it elegance and serenity that can only be seen from a horse-drawn sleigh being pulled through the tranquil atmosphere of Kennebunkport. Enjoy the snow sprinkled pine trees and frost tipped fields while you glide leisurely with family, friends and others enjoying this special time spent together.
Look at the water color. Isn’t it great. Come up for a dip when you can!
We are finishing up the pool bathrooms. Replacing the old sinks and faucets. I can’t wait for you to see.
Well, We got some more snow last night.. about 14 inches. Bring your snowshoes and your sleds. We have some great areas where you can really enjoy this abundance.
We have begun filling the pool back up today. The trucks arrived this morning. They pumped in the water at a chilly 56 degrees. Could take a few days to warm that up. Make sure you bring your wet suit this weekend!
